Anoyhaseyo, Korea! (14Sep 07)

Korea, here we come:) Pic taken upon arrival at Incheon International airport, before I put on more fats on this trip.

First destination: Nami Island (Naminara Republic)

Famous for it's lover's path where certain scenes of Winter Sonata were taken.

Which will look like this in winter.. looks like I went in the wrong season. It looks so beautiful covered in snow or autumn leaves too!

Look, they even have a mini museum for it. There are many pics inside, taken during their filming of winter sonata.

Then, Shopping! (can you see the poster of winter sonata in the middle? The show was shown long LOng over in 2002, am I right? look how much they love him)

Afterwhich, we check in at a resort which requires us to sleep on tatami (on the floor~~) Right after check in we visited the hot spring beside it. The hot spring and a playing pool are intergated together. However, I didn't went for the hot spring cos one have to strip ENTIRELY naked for it. And of cos, the males and females were separated. Many of them from my tour group went ahead, including the 75 yr old auntie. What a cultural shock for me.

I went to the outdoor pool instead with my relatives. The water massage facilities were great too. I wonder why they don't have it here.

After the shock and great massage, we dig in for a bbq meal. Delicious~
